I am married to my wife Lisa and we have 3 kids named James, Will & Abbie. I have been in the insurance field for over 13 years and have enjoyed getting to know many of my clients on a personal level.
Since recently opening my doors to my own Independent Agency, I have seen many outstanding things. Having multiple company options for my clients means that I am no longer subject to one company and one price. Kelly joined the Dan Schani Insurance team in June 2020, but has been in the insurance industry since 2015 advising and helping clients. Prior to joining Dan’s team, she was a loyal client of his for many years. Kelly looks forward to developing lasting relationships with our clients for years to come. She has 3 kids Devan, Morgan, and Dylan. Kelly and her hubby Chad enjoy working on projects around their home and enjoying a bon fire! They also have 2 very spoiled Great Danes, Enzo and Piper.

I joined the Dan Schani Insurance team at the end of January 2019, eager to work alongside Dan. We decided it was best to keep it in the family as Dan is my brother-in-law! I graduated UWM with a degree in marketing, German and international business. I live in Wauwatosa with my pup, Millie. We enjoy the dog park and playing in the snow. When she is not requiring my attention, I like to cook, watch movie’s and play golf!

Haily started in the insurance industry in 2017 and is licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance. In May of 2022 she joined the Dan Schani Insurance Agency, who is an affiliate of Unisource Insurance Associates. She is attending UW-Whitewater to obtain her Bachelor of General Business with an emphasis on risk management. Haily has two rescue dogs: Sophia who is 12yrs old and Tuffy who is 2yrs old. In her spare time, she enjoys attending car shows, traveling, snowmobiling, and watching races at Slinger Speed way.
